Your accounting stack should move data for you.
We integrate your accounting stack so data flows where it needs to go — and stops requiring manual entry. QuickBooks setup, payroll integration, bill pay automation, expense management, and time tracking that connects to your books.
QuickBooks, payroll, and AP/AR set up to actually work.
You will recognise this if…
- The same number gets typed into two systems every month
- Payroll lands in the books as one lump nobody can break down
- Bills are approved in one place and paid in another, with no trail between them
- Receipts arrive as photos in a text thread
- Your time tracking and your invoicing do not agree
Best for: Businesses duplicating data entry across tools, or running on a patchwork of disconnected software.
Why a patchwork stack costs you
Four things that quietly go wrong when systems are not connected — and what has to be true instead.
Every manual re-entry is a place to be wrong
A number typed twice is a number that can disagree with itself. Most reconciliation problems are not accounting problems — they are two systems that were never connected.
Payroll posted as one figure hides your labour cost
Wages, taxes, benefits, and employer burden behave differently and belong in different accounts. Booked as a single lump, you cannot see labour cost by department, job, or location.
Approval and payment need to be the same trail
When the approval lives in email and the payment lives in the bank, there is no audit trail. Bill pay that writes back to the ledger closes that gap.
A migration is a chance to fix the structure, not just move it
Moving a broken chart of accounts to new software gives you the same problems, faster. The rebuild is the point of the move.
What we do
- QuickBooks Online or Desktop setup, cleanup, and chart of accounts rebuild
- Payroll integration that posts wages, taxes, and burden to the right accounts
- Bill pay and approval workflow that writes back to the ledger
- Expense and receipt capture connected to the books
- Time tracking connected to invoicing and job costing
- Platform migrations, including QuickBooks Desktop to Online
Questions we get asked
Do we have to change software?
Usually not. Most of the work is connecting what you already run. We recommend a move only when the current tool genuinely cannot do the job.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks Desktop to Online?
Yes — and we will tell you honestly when Online is the wrong destination. Multi-entity companies and some inventory-heavy operations are often better served staying on Desktop or Enterprise.
Do you set up payroll?
We integrate payroll into your accounting so it posts correctly. Running payroll itself stays with your payroll provider.
What happens to our historical data?
It comes across and gets reconciled. A migration that leaves history behind is a migration that costs you comparability.
Systems work best once the books underneath them are clean. Most businesses do both together.
